On this occasion, arrangements were made for langar by the Gugga Madi management committee and the villagers. Chief Sevadar Bhagat Karnail Singh Rana said that the Mela was celebrated with great devotion and all the Sevadars of the town and the area did their service in a big way. He said that the Kabaddi tournament could not be held due to standing water in the sports ground, but this fair has been postponed to the next Guga Navmi on September 11.
