Research seminar organized in Sanskrit Department of Punjab University Chandigarh

Chandigarh November 29, 2024: University Research Seminar of Research Council was organized in Sanskrit Department of Punjab University Chandigarh on 29 November 2024. Sanskrit researchers participated in this research seminar in which two research students presented their research papers. Research student Anshul Chaudhary presented his research paper based on the topic "Education Philosophy of Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ji".

Chandigarh November 29, 2024: University Research Seminar of Research Council was organized in Sanskrit Department of Punjab University Chandigarh on 29 November 2024. Sanskrit researchers participated in this research seminar in which two research students presented their research papers. Research student Anshul Chaudhary presented his research paper based on the topic "Education Philosophy of Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ji". 
The second research student Ritu presented her research paper on the topic "Environmental Thought in Abhigyan Shakuntalam". After presenting the research paper, the professors sitting in the seminar and the research students discussed the topics mentioned in the research paper. How are the teachings of Yug Drishta Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ji relevant in the present and how can we make our life and society better by imitating the education philosophy suggested by him. Such topics were discussed. In Kalidas' Abhigyan Shakuntalam, light was thrown on how man is related to nature, how nature is complementary to man, without nature, man's life is incomplete. 
The research seminar of the Research Council was chaired by Professor Virendra Kumar Alankar. In this research seminar, Associate Professor Dr. Sunita Devi and Assistant Professor (Research Incharge) of the department Dr. Tomir Sharma and Dr. Vijay Bhardwaj were present. Research students Anshul Chaudhary, Apoorv Sharma, Sandeep Kumar, Ritu Rani, and Ritu were present in the research seminar. 
This research seminar will be organized every month in the Sanskrit department. The next research seminar will be held on 19th December in which researchers will present their research papers and discuss them.
