DBU gives message of adopting the Preamble of the Constitution on Constitution Day

Mandi Gobindgarh, November 26: Desh Bhagat University School of Law celebrated Constitution Day in collaboration with Women Grievance Redressal Cell and IIC and NSS Unit. This is the historic day of the formation of the Constitution of India. The program began with the welcome address by Dr. Anu Mutneja, Assistant Professor, Law Department.

This is the historic day of the formation of the Constitution of India. The program began with the welcome address by Dr. Anu Mutneja, Assistant Professor, Law Department.
Sunaina, a first semester student of LLM (TYC), read the Preamble of the Indian Constitution as per the UGC guidelines. In the program, Dr. Precious, Chairperson, Women Grievance Redressal Cell and Dr. Surjit Kaur Patheja, Media Director, addressed the session with their inspiring words. They highlighted the importance of democracy, freedom, equality and justice and the core values ??enshrined in the Constitution.
After this, the students of the Law Department shared their wisdom with everyone present. And gave a message of commitment to everyone to uphold the values ????as per the Constitution and work for building a better society. The students actively participated in the program and learnt about the importance of the Preamble of the Constitution.
The final session concluded with the vote of thanks given by Dr. Aarti, Assistant Professor, Department of Law.
