DBU's Placebo Club celebrated National Pharmacy Week

Mandi Gobindgarh, October 25 - National Pharmacy Week was successfully celebrated by Placebo Club of Faculty of Pharmacy in Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh. This year's theme was “Critical Contribution of Pharmacists to Healthcare”.

Mandi Gobindgarh, October 25 - National Pharmacy Week was successfully celebrated by Placebo Club of Faculty of Pharmacy in Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh. This year's theme was “Critical Contribution of Pharmacists to Healthcare”.
The purpose of the event was to raise awareness of the important contribution of pharmacists to healthcare systems, emphasizing their role in patient care, medication management and public health initiatives. National Pharmacy Week was packed with a variety of activities to engage students, faculty and healthcare professionals, focusing on the broad impact of the pharmacy profession on society.
Guests, faculty members and students participated in the inaugural function of the event. Dr Pooja Gulati, Principal and Professor, School of Pharmacy, delivered the keynote address highlighting the evolution of the pharmacy profession and its increasing importance in global healthcare.
This event was inaugurated by Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University, Dr. Harsh Sadavarti, Vice President. And the welcome speech was delivered by Dr. Pooja Gulati, Principal, School of Pharmacy, Ms. Khushpal, Principal, Mata Jarnail Kaur College of Pharmacy and Dr. Shailesh Kumar Gupta, Principal, S Lal College of Pharmacy.
 Pro-Chancellor Dr. Tejinder Kaur congratulated the staff, students and members of Placebo Club for the successful organization of the event. Vice Chancellor Prof (Dr) Abhijit Joshi appreciated the efforts being made by the placebo club and the students.
