Garhshankar, October 23 - Harjinder Kaur Chabewal, the contender for the Congress ticket for the by-election of the Legislative Assembly Constituency of Chabewal, said during a special interview that she was the main contender for the ticket but the way the party gave the ticket to someone else instead of her. 
He has agreed with the decision of the party high command, but the workers of the constituency have been pushed because for the last 15 years they have been working continuously with a hope that they might get a ticket, but it did not happen.
Harjinder Kaur Chabewal said that she has been the elected president of the assembly constituency in the Youth Congress, the general secretary of the state and the senior vice president of the state and the sarpanch of the village. Along with this, her husband is the chairman of Block Samiti Mahilpur and this About 116 villages of Vidhan Sabha Constituency Chabewal come under Block Samiti while the total number of villages in Chabewal Constituency is around 200.
