Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, October 16, 2024: Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke has cancelled the license of Skilled Abroad Education Consultant firm exercising powers under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
Additional District Magistrate Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke informed that Skilled Abroad Education Consultant firm SCO No: 11A, 1st Floor, Shahi Majra, Phase-5, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owner Kumar Shahi Rana son of Jang Bahadur Ranawas House No: 652, Sector-69, Mohali, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar was issued license No: 277/IC, dated 07.03.2019 for consultancy work. This license has expired on 06-03-2024.
Additional Deputy Commissioner informed that as per the report of Sub-Divisional Magistrate Mohali and Tehsildar Mohali, due to closure of office, non-receipt of registered letter of residential address and office address, non-submission of monthly report, non-renewal of license, absence of any firm or applicant to provide address of the firm, non-compliance of license conditions, non-response/explanation to notice, the firm and the licensee are subject to the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
Therefore, in view of the above facts, Shri Viraj Shyamkaran Tidke, IAS, Additional District Magistrate, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, in exercise of powers conferred under the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012 has cancelled/revoked the Foreign Education License No. 277/IC dated 07.03.2019 issued to Skilled Abroad Education Consultant firm with immediate effect.
Apart from this, as per the Act/Rules, if any complaint etc. is received against the said company/firm/partnership or its licensees/directors/partners of the firm, then the said company/director/partner/licensee will be responsible. And will also be responsible to compensate it in every way.
