Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, October 2- Under the leadership of Municipal Commissioner, SAS Nagar, Mr. T Benith and Joint Commissioner Mr. Deepankar Garg, a cleanliness drive was carried out in the city today to commemorate the closing ceremony of "Swachhata Hi Seva Mohim" on the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi under the Swachhata Hi Seva-2024 Swachhata Abhiyan from "17 October to 2 October". In which cleanliness drive was carried out at various places in the city.
A mega cleanliness drive was organized by Mohali Municipal Corporation, in which the city residents and private organizations participated enthusiastically. Safai Sainiks were honored on this occasion.
On this occasion, Assistant Commissioner Ranjeev Kumar appealed to the people of Mohali city to support the Municipal Corporation so that Mohali city can be brought back to the first position in the survey 2024, for this make Mohali plastic free.
