Sri Khuralgarh Sahib - A grand blood donation camp dedicated to the birth anniversary of Lord Maharshi Valmiki Maharaj, the creator of the world, was organized at Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Teerth Sri Charan Chhoh Ganga Amritkund Sachkhand Sri Khuralgarh Sahib by a team of Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Dhaan Kaleran with the special cooperation of the leaders of Begumpura Tiger Force.
The Deputy Speaker of the Punjab Assembly, who arrived as the chief guest on this occasion, said that the communities that have separated from the mission of their leaders, their names get blurred from the pages of history. Whereas those who follow the path of truth and fulfill the mission of their leaders, their names are written on the golden pages of history. In response to a question asked about the shortage of drinking water at Sri Charan Chhoh Ganga, the Deputy Speaker said that the previous governments have been negligent at this place that they could not make adequate arrangements in view of the influx of pilgrims, but the present government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Punjab Shri Bhagwant Singh Mann, is leaving no stone unturned in the arrangements in view of the arrival of devotees at the religious place.
Under this series, separate tenders have been issued for water tank and tubewell in Shri Charancho Ganga Khuralgarh Sahib, the work of which will be started soon. On this occasion, President of Begumpura Tiger Force, Shri Tara Chand said that his organization came into existence about 15 years ago and since then it has been doing special work for the welfare of the society. Wherever there is a need to adopt the path of struggle against social evils, his organization does not step back. On this occasion, the youth who came with Begumpura Tiger Force, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar President Sukhdev Kumar Nawanshahr donated blood on a large scale.
