Amritsar (Paigam-E-Jagat):- Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal has reached Sri Akal Takht Sahib after being declared salaried. Some former ministers are also present with him. Former ministers Gulzar Singh Ranike, Daljit Singh Cheema and Sharanjit Dhillon have also arrived with Sukhbir Badal. Recently, in the meeting of Panj Singh Sahibans, Sukhbir Badal was declared salaried and he was ordered to appear within 15 days.
Jathedar Giani Raghbir Singh, while announcing the decision taken by the Panj Singh Sahibs at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, said that while being the Deputy Chief Minister, Sukhbir Singh Badal took some such decisions which led to a huge decline of the Sikh Panth and the Sikh Sangat. With this, the position of Shiromani Akali Dal also weakened. Along with this, Jathedar Raghbir Singh said that the partners and Sikh cabinet ministers who were in the Akali government from 2007 to 2017 should personally appear at Akal Takht Sahib within 15 days and give their explanation in this regard.
He had said that until Sukhbir Singh Badal apologizes for his sins like a humble Sikh at Sri Akal Takht Sahib, in the presence of Guru Sahib, in front of the Sikh Sangat and the Panj Singh Sahibs, he will be declared a salaried employee. After this Sukhbir Singh Badal said that the servants bow their heads and accept the order issued by Sri Akal Takht Sahib, the highest shrine of Miri Piri. As per the order, I will soon appear before Sri Akal Takht Sahib and seek forgiveness.
