Case registered against 16 people of Barapur village.

Garhshankar, 18 April- Based on the statements of Lakhbir Singh, son of Hazara Singh, resident of village Kot, a case has been registered against 16 people of Barapur village under sections 193(3), 190, 324, 332, 351 of IPC. In a complaint to the police, Lakhbir Singh, son of Hazara Singh, resident of village Kot, police station Garhshankar, said that there is a cattle shed next to his house, where he has kept animals and household items.

Gurpreet Singh son of Kuldeep Singh, Lakha son of Mahinder Singh, Jodha son of Dilawar Singh, Gurmeet Singh son of Majhail Singh, Aman son of Binder, Mani son of Mahinder, Jassa son of Kali, Sabi son of Binder Dayal, Manveer son of Bahadur, Sukh son of Ramesh, Sukha son of Ramesh, Surjeet son of Beanta, Pawan Kumar son of Binder, Honey son of Dev Ram, Kulwant son of Bhajan Singh, all residents of Barapur entered the compound with sharp weapons, started abusing and threatening and started breaking his belongings.
According to the statements recorded by Lakhbir Singh, the above persons were holding axes, sticks, axes, sickles and daggers in their hands. All the people opened the gate of our compound and entered our compound and as soon as they entered, they started using foul language and threatening. They started destroying the belongings lying around, all were saying that you are disturbing Satram Singh son of Kesar Singh resident of Barapur.
