Patiala, January 20 - The police have claimed to solve the murder mystery of migrant youth Aniket (26) in Chichdwala village under Patardan police station within 18 hours. Speaking to the media here, SP (Operations) Sourav Jindal said that after arresting the killer Ashok Kumar alias Shoki, a resident of Karimnagar village, the cutting scissors used for the murder and the mobile phone of the deceased along with the SIM have been recovered from him.

He said that Ashok Kumar was addicted to drinking alcohol every day and had become well acquainted with the liquor vendor Aniket, who was a resident of Motihari district of Bihar. He had also lent Aniket some clothes. Both used to give and take. Ashok was supposed to take 3600 rupees from Karinde but he did not give it. After drinking alcohol on the day of the murder, she became Tu Tu Me Me with Aniket. Ashok stabbed Aniket on the neck and face with the cutting scissors he had stolen from the hairdresser's shop. After the death, he carried away Aniket and left him at the back of the contract.
