Along with this, an appeal has been made to all the devotees going to take Kanwar that before going to take Kanwar, all the devotees should go to the concerned police station by giving complete information like their name, address, mobile number etc., so that if any problem arises during the Kanwar Yatra, then it can be resolved in time by establishing coordination with the police of the concerned state.
The police is trying that the devotees do not have to face any kind of problem during the Kanwar Yatra. Kanwar Yatra will run from July 11 to July 24.
The devotees will leave for their destination with Kanwar from Haridwar (Uttarakhand). Apart from various districts of Haryana, Kanwariyas from Rajasthan reach their destination via Police District Hansi. Keeping in mind the successful organization of Kanwar Yatra and the safety of Kanwariyas, Police District Hansi has made all the foolproof security arrangements in time.
Along with putting policemen on duty on all the routes through which Kanwariyas pass in the police district, barricading will also be done at the main squares and intersections and separate arrangements for fire brigade and ambulance have also been made. The Superintendent of Police said that the police department is on alert in view of the Kanwar Yatra in Police District Hansi. Police personnel have been put on duty on major routes.
During the Kanwar Yatra, instructions have been given to the police to keep special attention on those who consume cannabis and intoxicants and make noise while having fun and to not let the traffic get disrupted. Police will be patrolling the sensitive areas. Sign boards will be installed on canals and roads to prevent any accident. Speed ??limit signs will also be installed.
There will be a complete ban on carrying any such weapon, sharp spears etc. in the Kanwar Yatra. Carry your identity card with you. Follow the instructions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court regarding noise pollution. The Superintendent of Police appealed to all the devotees for cooperation and said that they should cooperate with the police in maintaining peace, law and order.
