Una, August 1 - The meeting of the Regional Transport Authority will be held on August 20 at 11 am in the RTO office Una. This information was given by RTO Una Ashok Kumar. He said that the vehicle owners and concerned persons/applicants whose applications are to be decided by the authority should ensure to submit their applications along with the necessary documents in the RTO office by August 12. After this, applications or incomplete applications will not be included in the meeting.
The RTO said that in cases related to transfer of bus permit and other permits, it will be mandatory for both the parties (buyer/seller) to appear before the Regional Transport Authority otherwise no decision will be taken in the cases. Apart from this, if the applicant or his authorized/nominated person is not present during the draw-of-lots in the applications received in relation to the newly published stage carriage bus permits, then also his application will be included in the draw-of-lots.
