Hoshiarpur - Chabbewal Assembly Constituency MLA Dr. Ishan Kumar gave impetus to the development works in village Dihana and presented a cheque of Rs 7 lakh to the Panchayat. On this occasion, he said that he is working for the all-round development of all the villages of his constituency and is receiving grants from the government to provide the necessary funds for this. This amount given to Dihana has been distributed for the construction of streets and drains in the village. On this occasion, dignitaries of the village, Panchayat members and local residents were present.
MLA Dr. Ishan said that his main objective is to ensure the all-round development of the area. He said that we are continuously working to fulfill the promises made before the elections. Strengthening the basic facilities in the villages is our priority, which we are fulfilling with full honesty. Along with this, the MLA fulfilled another promise and provided an electric tricycle to Navjot Parmar of village Dihana. This promise was made a few months ago, which was fulfilled with the help of Red Cross Hoshiarpur. Navjot Parmar and his family thanked MLA Dr. Ishank and Red Cross for this help.
The villagers appreciated the development work done by the MLA and expressed hope that development will continue in their constituency in the coming times. On this occasion, MLA Dr. Ishank assured to speed up development work in other villages as well. He said that his government is fully committed to the development of all sections and soon new projects will be started in other areas for road construction, drainage and other necessary facilities. Panch, Sarpanch and many dignitaries of the village were present in this program. There is an atmosphere of happiness in the village due to this initiative of the MLA.
