Patiala, May 9 - Patiala Locomotive Works (PLW) employee and athlete Prachi has confirmed her place in the 4x400m relay team for the Paris Olympics-2024. His achievement is a testament to his dedication, hard work and unwavering support from the community, a press release said.
Prachi thanked Sports Authority of India and Athletics Federation of India. A month of training in the Bahamas enabled the team to adapt various skills to the challenge ahead on the global stage. Prachi also credited the PLW Sports Association for guiding her in her journey to the Paris Olympics.
Shri Pramod Kumar, Principal Chief Administrative Officer, PLW, congratulated Prachi on this achievement and described it as a matter of great pride for the entire PLW community. He expressed hope that Prachi will make the country and his organization proud by winning a medal in the Paris Olympics.
