Balachaur - As per the orders of Honorable Commissioner Food and Drug Punjab, as per the instructions of Honorable Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar ji and as per the instructions of Honorable Civil Surgeon Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar ji, ice cream manufacturing units were inspected by Food Safety Officer Ms. Sangeeta Sahdev in Tehsil Balachaur and They were instructed to prepare their product in a hygienic manner and also ensure that only potable water is used while preparing the ice product. 
Therefore, get it tested at your level from a government or NABL recognized lab. Medical examination of all the working personnel should be done and medical fitness certificate should be obtained from the doctor. Concrete measures should also be taken to prevent mosquitoes. On this occasion, the team also took a total of 06 samples of ice cream and which have been sent to State Food Lab, Kharar, SAS Nagar for testing and further action will be taken after the report comes.
