Jatin Lal said that there is a severe heat wave in the district and incidents of small school children falling ill in schools due to extreme heat are in focus. The Indian Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of heat wave in the coming days also. Keeping these circumstances in mind, it has been decided to keep all government and private primary and pre-primary schools of the district closed on 24 and 25 May.
According to the order, in schools where examinations are scheduled on May 24 and 25, the examinations have been asked to be conducted from 7 am to 11 am. Instructions have also been given to provide all the facilities like drinking water, fans, coolers or air conditioning in the examination halls in the schools. Apart from this, to ensure the availability of first aid kits and doctors or nurses for immediate treatment in case of heat stroke in any case of heat stroke. Has been said. Instructions have also been given to provide proper information about emergency procedures to the school staff and students.
Jatin Lal has instructed the officials of the Education Department to ensure strict compliance with the order.
