Poster Making and Writing Competitions for Children Organized at Government Senior Secondary School, Ajowal

Hoshiarpur- Poster Making and Writing Competitions for Children were organized at Government Senior Secondary School, Ajowal under Bureau of Indian Standards. On this occasion, Nodal Officer of Bureau of Indian Standards Madam Manjit Kaur said that Bureau of Indian Standards is directly and virtually benefiting the national economy in many ways through standardization, certification and testing.

It provides safe, reliable quality products. Minimizes health risks to consumers. Promotes export and import options. Under this, children come to know that only quality products can survive in the market. 
The things which are not of good quality, make their place in the market for some time but later they have to be removed from the market. She said that under this program, children prepare goods from raw materials and present them in the market. Under which he ensures that the quality of the goods manufactured by him remains stable in the market. 
After manufacturing his products, he sends them to the Bureau of Indian Standards. Only after getting approval from there, his products are stamped and he launches them in the market. He said that during the poster making and writing competition, cash prizes were also given to the winners. 
Under which Bhumika and Kajal got the first place, Jasmine and Bhawna got the second place and Jail Jobi and Manjit got the third place. While Muskan and Kashish got consolation prizes. Principal Ashok Kumar and Madam Manjit Kaur distributed cash prizes to the winners. Lecturer Sandeep Sood was also present on the occasion.
