Big revelations from the directors of Platinum Smart Builders about the Connaught Estate to be built in Rajpura

During the press conference, complainant Nachhatar Singh, resident of village Saidpur, Ambala City and Jatinder Singh Noni, resident of Sunny Enclave Jirakpur, filed statements; Both of them are joint partners of M/s Platinum Smart Buildcon LLP Industrial Area Phase 1 Chandigarh said; That Satpal Bansal Director Mr. Omji Infrastructure and Projects Private Limited resident of Prashat Vihar New Delhi etc. started negotiations to sell the land of his company to Civil Court Rajpura in front of 42.17 acres of land area Rajpura.

On which an agreement was prepared in the presence of Rakesh Batta and Ram Karsa Singh along with Satpal Bansal Director, Nahanpur Nakhrola District Gurugram Haryana, Office of Nahanpur Nakhrola District Gurugram Haryana, both of Perses Arya Authorities Messrs. Omji Infrastructure Project Pvt Ltd to buy their land for 98 crore rupees. On which Uttan took the agreement with him to get other directors to sign it. But later they said the agreement was lost. After this, he went to Delhi and gave 1 crore 50 lakh rupees to the other directors of the company, Anand Midda, Nirmal Midda, Surinder Arya resident of Prashant Vihar New Delhi, Satpal Bansal, Praveen Bhasin and Perses Arya. Apart from this, checks amounting to Rs 4 crore 50 lakh were given to Satpal Bansal and Prases Arya on different dates at Rajpura. But they returned the checks citing the Income Tax raid and got cash in exchange for these cheques.

According to the agreement, M/s Platinum Smart Buildcon LLP will remove the labor workers occupying the land from the land and the cost of removing the labor will be paid by Mr. Omji Infrastructure and Pamposh Town Planners Pvt. Ltd. According to the agreement with Zaswant Kaur President Dhaga Milli Majdoor Union Rajpura Punjab, 14 crore 91 lakh rupees were spent to evacuate the labor workers from the place. Out of which the opposite party has returned Rs 2 crore 65 lakh but the amount of Rs 12 crore 26 lakh is outstanding. On which the directors of the said company instead of getting the registry of 25 percent of the said land to their firm, got it in the name of Pampoz Town Planners Private Limited Office Nahanpur Kasan, Nakhrola Haryana. From which it is clear that the said company has done such a thing out of greed by clearing the land through us. On which the Police Station City Rajpura after investigating the matter

; The company's directors Anand Midda, Nirmal Midda, Surinder Arya, Satpal Bansal, Praveen Bhasin and Prases Arya Pampos Town have registered a case against Rajinder Yadav, director of the company, under various sections including fraud and have started further proceedings. The complainants Nachhatar Singh and Jatinder Singh said that plots are being sold by the said firms after getting a company named TDI City registered and issuing ARERA numbers in the land vacated by them. He appealed to the residents of the city not to deal with any plot until the matter of the said place is resolved. They have so far with them the documents of the deal and agreement with the said company and other documents including the check issued for the deposit amount.
