Ludhiana - NRI and prominent social activist Sardar Manjit Singh Jhammat, resident of nearby village Jhammat, said in a conversation that now the time to come in Punjab will be for the regional party Shiromani Akali Dal. Because the people of the state now know that the opposition parties have used religion to get votes.
He further said that Shiromani Akali Dal left BJP because BJP has betrayed the farmers of the country by making black laws related to agriculture and then not repealing them. He further said that there are wins and losses in elections, but Shiromani Akali Dal has emerged as a regional party leaving the anti-farmer party BJP and has made it clear that Shiromani Akali Dal is in the fray only for Punjab and Punjabis.
He further said that for the last several decades, Shiromani Akali Dal supported the people of Punjab and paved the way for progress in every direction for Punjab and today people are remembering the government of Shiromani Akali Dal. He also said that Shiromani Akali Dal government will be formed in Punjab in the near future.
