Mr. Kalyan was speaking as the chief guest at a GST conference held in the auditorium in Gharaunda today. The theme of the conference was: "Reduced GST is a gift, thanks to the Modi government." The Assembly Speaker said that this important event was organized during the Seva Pakhwada.
The current government is continuously moving the country forward on the path of progress. In the last few years, not only has the country's respect increased but its culture has also strengthened. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has pledged to make India a developed nation by 2047. To achieve this, every individual must perform their duties honestly.

Four key pillars are being strengthened:
He stated that systems are being continuously strengthened. Over the past year, various schemes have been implemented to benefit different sections of society. The government is taking every possible step to empower the four key pillars of society: women, farmers, youth, and the poor. Online services have enabled eligible individuals to receive direct benefits from these schemes.
He added that implementing GST in the country was a major step forward, as each state had a different tax collection process. At that time, the business community was unhappy with inspector raj, and tax evasion was rampant. However, after the implementation of GST, tax collection has increased, along with the respect for the business community. Now, the government has reduced GST rates to benefit the common man.

Avenues opened for youth advancement:
He stated that several schemes, including start-ups, have been implemented for the welfare of youth. The government has opened avenues for progress for hardworking youth. The Prime Minister has called for "Make in India." Mr. Kalyan said that essential goods, including defense equipment, are now being manufactured in India. Previously, we had to depend on foreign sources for even small items. He appealed to the public to purchase indigenous goods, saying this would benefit workers, artisans, and small shopkeepers.
