Karnal: Haryana Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan has urged people to connect with the thoughts of saints and move forward in life. He said that saints have always opposed hypocrisy and superstition and preached a simple and spiritual life. They lead people out of ignorance and onto the path of knowledge.
Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan was addressing the congregation at a religious event in Chatargarh Colony, Bastara, on Sunday. He paid homage to Saint Guru Ravidas and remembered him. He said that kirtan brings a unique joy. He urged such events to be organized in the future as well, hoping to create a positive environment.
Assembly Speaker Harvinder Kalyan appealed to the congregation to connect with the thoughts of saints and great men and give their children good education and values. Good education opens doors to employment. He said that with your blessings he has been given a new responsibility as Speaker. If there is any work being done at his level for the benefit of society, please do not hesitate to tell us. He said that this field must be taken forward together. On this occasion, Shri Kalyan freed two or three birds from the cage and released them into the open sky. Saint Krishna Das was also present on this occasion. Shri Kalyan was honored by presenting him with a shawl and a memento.
