Hoshiarpur- After the promotion as per the orders of the Health and Family Welfare Department Punjab, Dr. Ajay Kumar Basra has taken charge as Assistant Civil Surgeon at the Office of the Civil Surgeon, Hoshiarpur in the presence of Civil Surgeon Dr. Seema Garg ji. On this occasion, the staff also welcomed him warmly. It is worth mentioning that earlier Dr. Ajay Kumar Basra was serving as Medical Officer (MD Anesthesia) at the Civil Hospital, Nawanshahr.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that he will fulfill the responsibility entrusted to him by the Punjab Government as Assistant Civil Surgeon with full dedication and will make every effort to make all health facilities accessible to the common people so that every citizen can be provided with quality and better health services by the government. 
He said that his experience will definitely prove beneficial for the welfare of the common people. Every effort will be made to make the health facilities even better. Accepting this important responsibility, he said that he will work with full dedication and loyalty. On this occasion, District Program Manager Mohammad Asif, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Mrs. Asha Devi, Mrs. Anuradha Thakur and Mr. Satpal etc. were present.
