Hoshiarpur- A massive free medical camp was successfully organized on Sunday at Shri Guru Ramdas Langar Hall, Phagwara-Chandigarh Bypass, Hoshiarpur in collaboration with Rotary Club Mid Town and Capital Hospital, Jalandhar. In this camp, Dr. Himanshu Srivastava, Dr. Adijaya Bhatia, Dr. Sahmeet Singh, Dr. Varinder Singh, Dr. Kabir, Dr. Davinder Pal Singh and Dr. A. S. Kapoor examined the patients.

700 people were examined for heart disease, cancer, bone and back diseases and other common diseases. The patients were also provided free medicines, ECG, blood sugar test and other medical facilities. This camp was specially organized for the poor and needy people. Due to which a large number of patients took advantage of it.
Patients were requested to bring their old medical reports and documents in advance, which enabled them to be examined properly. Rotary Club Mid Town President Avtar Singh, Gurliakat Singh Brar, Inderpal Singh Sachdeva, DP Kathuria, Manoj Ohri, Ashok Sharma, Jagmeet Singh Sethi, JSS Sethi, Satish Gupta, Joginder Singh, HS Bhogal, Rohit Chopra, Kuljit Saini, AS Arneja, Rajneesh Guliani, Jatinder Kumar, Vikram Sharma, Sandeep Sharma, Parveen Pabbi, Jatinder Duggal, Sandeep Sharma, Rakesh Kapoor, Joginder Singh, Rohit Chopra, Joginder Kumar, Dr Harjinder Singh Oberoi, GK Vasudev and Sanjeev Ohri along with other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
This medical camp proved to be an important initiative for social welfare, providing health facilities to hundreds of patients. The organizers expressed their commitment to organize such camps in the future as well, so that more people can get free and quality medical services.
