Chandigarh, April 10- Punjab BJP President Sunil Jakhar has written a letter to Punjab Governor Gulab Chand Kataria, expressing concern over rising number of grenade attacks in Punjab.
He demanded from the Governor that the rising crime and grenade attacks in the state should be investigated by a high level committee or an unbiased agency.
In the letter, Jakhar said that Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann claims that he is very intelligent and as the Home Minister, he himself handles the responsibility of the intelligence department. Therefore, as the head of the state and the head of the intelligence, the Chief Minister should take responsibility for it himself.
He also expressed suspicion that all this is being done for political gain.
