Immediate resolution of public problems is the priority of the government - Health Minister.

Chandigarh, September 9 - Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao said that the state government is continuously working to resolve the problems related to the public immediately and transparently. In this regard, today at the office located at Haryana Civil Secretariat, she reviewed the issues related to Shatipurti portal, compensation for damage caused by waterlogging and other public grievances.

Chandigarh, September 9 - Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao said that the state government is continuously working to resolve the problems related to the public immediately and transparently. In this regard, today at the office located at Haryana Civil Secretariat, she reviewed the issues related to Shatipurti portal, compensation for damage caused by waterlogging and other public grievances.
The Health Minister directed the officials to resolve all the complaints in a time-bound manner and negligence will not be tolerated at any level. She said that proper compensation should be made available to the people affected by natural calamities like waterlogging at the earliest so that no family has to face financial hardship.
She clarified that the interest of farmers is the top priority of the government and no farmer will be left alone in the hour of crisis.
Aarti Singh Rao said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Naib Singh Saini, the state government has developed systems like Shatipurti Portal, taking forward the spirit of e-governance and Digital India, through which citizens can directly communicate their problems to the government and get them resolved in a transparent manner.
He said that the policy of the state government is based on service to the people and service to the Lord and all possible steps are being taken for the convenience of the common man.
