After talking about the history of International Women's Day, the problems faced by women today were discussed as to how women workers are facing exploitation in factories, homes etc. They are paid less than male workers, while they are made to do the same work as men. Apart from this, they have to face problems like working for long hours at the workplace, lack of toilets, harassment etc.
Today there is a need that on the occasion of International Working Women's Day, all working women should take inspiration from this and organise themselves and struggle to end these problems. In the discussion, Mausam and Disha presented revolutionary songs from Naujwan Bharat Sabha.
Hina presented a poem and Diljot took over the stage. Apart from this, Tina, Bindravati, Bimla, Preeti and other working women spoke openly about their problems and the discussion ended with revolutionary slogans.
