Nawanshahr - Suren Singh (92), a 47-year-old active worker of Kirti Kisan Union, was cremated today in the crematorium of his village Urapar. He died yesterday due to cardiac arrest.
  Kirti Kisan Union's flag was placed on his dead body by Surinder Singh Bains, District President of the Union, Daljit Singh Advocate, Kulwinder Singh Waraich, Karnail Singh Maula, Paramjit Singh Shahab Pur, Pakhar Singh Asman Pur. His cremation was lit by his son and active trade union leader of the Indian Workers Association Derby (England) Paramjit Singh Badbal.
On this occasion, Master Narinder Singh, Surinder Singh Sarpanch, Mohan Singh former Panch, Nirmal Singh Nambardar, Surjit Singh, Baldev Singh and other personalities were also present.
