Garhshankar December 7 - The sad news of the death of 3 persons including 2 brothers on the motorcycle in a collision between a private bus of a Rajdhani company and a motorcycle near village Panam on the Garhshankar-Chandigarh road has come to light.
According to the information, the bus was coming from Chandigarh towards Garhshankar and 3 persons riding a motorcycle were going from Garhshankar to Balachore side. The collision was so violent that 2 of the 3 persons on the motorcycle died on the spot and 1 died on the way to the hospital. Immediately after the accident, the bus driver escaped from the spot. The people present on the spot said that the accident happened due to speeding of the bus.
The deceased include two brothers named Nikku and Roki, son of Anguri Lal, resident of Pachanangalan village, and Jagdish Ram, son of Hemraj, of Panchanangalan village. Police station Garhshankar reached the spot and the bodies of the deceased were brought to the civil hospital for post-mortem.
Police Chownik Samundra Incharge ASI Sukhwinder Singh while giving information said that due action will be taken on the statements of the family of the deceased and the bodies will be handed over to the family after the post-mortem of the deceased.
