He said that by doing yoga daily we can avoid physical diseases to a large extent. In the same way that yoga is necessary for the health of the body, there is a strong need for daily meditation practice (namely meditation) for the health of the mind. With concentration of mind we can reflect on those vices from our thoughts and remove them from our mind which trouble us in our daily life. He said that we should take some time out of our busy daily life for ourselves. One should love nature and elements of nature. One should live with each other in a spirit of love and eliminate feelings of enmity. One should plant saplings in one's homes to obtain pure oxygen.
