Hoshiarpur, February 14- Under the patronage and guidance of Deputy Commissioner Komal Mittal, the 'Sanjhi Rasoi' project being run by the District Red Cross Society in Mohalla Ish Nagar is running very successfully, from which 450 to 500 poor and needy people are benefiting every day.
Giving information in this regard, District Red Cross Society Secretary Mangesh Sood said that for the success of this project, Parwinder Singh Walia son of Mrs. Karamjit Kaur Ahluwalia, Member Red Cross, Hospital Welfare Section donated Rs 5100 to Sanjhi Rasoi.
Red Cross Executive Committee member Rajiv Bajaj and Red Cross members were also present on this occasion. He said that this project being run by the District Red Cross is being run with the funds provided as donations by the donors/social workers of the district.
