Kharar, September 8 - The Kharar unit of Tarksheel Society Punjab has demanded that there is a need for advance arrangements to deal with people's problems after water recedes. Therefore, the government should take immediate action in this regard.
During the meeting of the society, the head of the Kharar unit, Kulwinder Nagari, said that almost the entire Punjab is struggling with terrible floods. It will take a long time to compensate for the devastation caused by the heavy floods. During this, while people's crops have been destroyed, crops have also been destroyed due to the killing of animals and standing water in the fields.
He said that the society is keeping an eye on this terrible phenomenon at the state level. Various units of Punjab are making efforts at their own level along with other social organizations for all possible help.
Zonal leader Gurmeet Kharar said that money is being collected by the members to provide financial assistance to the flood victims, which will soon be delivered to the flood victims.
Media head Karamjit Skrudpuri, PP Singh, Jarnail Sahora, Bhupinder Madanheri and Bikramjit Soni were also present in the meeting.
