Patiala- We should not just remember one day but every day the enthusiastic sacrifices, patriotism, and compassion for society of those who save our country, society, and environment, and should make children and youth aware so that these feelings, thoughts, and great goals can become ideals for them. These thoughts were expressed by the Dedicated Brothers Group Patiala on the occasion of the martyrdom day of Shaheed Udham Singh Ji, by former inspector and national president of Sarbat Da Bhala Trust Jassa Singh Ahluwalia and Dr. Rakesh Vermi Pradhan.

Senior Advocate Randhir Singh and former SSP Pawan Kumar said that it is very important to make today's students aware of the country, society, home, family, environment, their duties and responsibilities because children and youth, away from the values of morality, etiquette, duties, responsibilities, tolerance, humility, patience and peace, are getting entangled in troubles, problems, drug crimes.
Dr. Rishma Kohli, Stage Secretary, said that it is also necessary to encourage today's parents, especially boys, girls and daughters-in-law, to fulfill their duties, responsibilities, compassion towards the elderly and not for rights, entitlements or facilities.
Kaka Ram Verma, Retired Training Supervisor, Red Cross, explained the importance of training exercises in First Aid, CPR, Fire Safety because more than 80 percent of accidents are happening due to negligence, carelessness, ignorance and more deaths are happening due to the victims not getting proper first aid on the spot. Dr. Harpreet Singh Sandhu, Secretary, while expressing gratitude, said that the dedicated brothers group is celebrating the holy festival of daughters, Teej Mere Babal and Ma Di Mamta Ki Lapam, on August 3 at Bhasha Bhawan.
