Under the same series, the yoga shalas running in Nawan Gaon are also receiving a huge response.
Giving this information, SDM Kharar Divya P said that 6 yoga sessions are organized daily by Yoga Trainer Divya at different places in Nawan Gaon, which are benefiting the people a lot.
He informed that the first class of Yoga Trainer Divya at Nawan Gaon, Mohali will be held at 1490/15E, Adarsh Nagar Nawan Gaon from 4.45 am to 5.45 am, the second class at Community Center, Tribune Colony Council, Nawan Gaon from 9.30 am to 10.30 am, the third class at Binsar Mahadev Temple, Gobind Nagar, Nawan Gaon from 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm, the fourth class at Rose Public School, Adarsh Nagar, Nawan Gaon from 4.50 pm to 5.50 pm, the fifth class at 141/1 Shivalik Vihar, Nawan Gaon from 6.00 pm to 7.00 pm and the last/sixth class of the day will be held at Shiv Mandir, Badi Karoran, Nawan Gaon, near Forest Hill, Gate No. 2, Nawan Gaon from 7.15 pm. till 8.15 am.
He said that at least 25 people participate in each session and expert yoga coaches are available to guide the participants participating in the yoga sessions.
Yoga trainer Divya said that by doing yoga, our body remains fresh and rejuvenated throughout the day. She said that yoga practice eliminates diseases in the body and also gets rid of the development of new diseases. She said that our body is very precious, it should not be wasted, it should be taken care of. She said that the timings of yoga sessions are morning and evening, so it depends on the participants as to which session they want to attend as per their convenience.
