On this occasion, CITU Punjab Vice President Mahinder Kumar Badoan, farmers' leader Gurnek Singh Bhajjal, Darshan Singh Mattu, Punjab leader of Khet Mazdoora Gurmesh Singh said that the Modi government has attacked the rights of trade unions by amending the labor laws. The Modi government has abolished 29 laws made in favor of the laborers and made 4 labor codes.
With which the right to form a trade union, dharna and rally will be banned. The leader further said that the minimum wage should be made Rs 26,000 per month, the 12-hour law should be withdrawn, 4 labor codes should be canceled, a law on farmers' MSP should be made, and the new agricultural marketing draft should be canceled.
On this occasion, Aganwadi leaders Gurbaksh Kor Chak Guru Joginder Kor Mukandpur Manjit Kor Bhatia Sanjeev Mehtiana Baldev Raj said that the daily wage of MNREGA should be increased to Rs 700, 200 days of work should be given in a year, the registration of construction workers' benefits should be taken both online and off-line, the cuts made in the benefits by the government should be abolished and the benefits should be increased.
On this occasion, Neelam Baddoan Surinder Chumbar Prem Lata Palo Sunni Dhanpat said that the poor people should be given a grant of Rs 5 lakh for 10/10 marla plots and house construction, the number of employees in government departments should be completed, all the above leaders said that the contract system should be stopped and all the employees should be made permanent, work should be stopped through outsourcing.
Small industry, the kiln industry should be kept out of the GST mining so that this kiln industry can be saved from destruction and the employment of 3 lakh workers working in kilns can be saved. On this occasion, Gurnam Singh Singri Wal, Harbans Singh Sangha, Baldev Singh, Asha Nand, Khushi Ram Achchar Singh said that we support every struggle of the workers. 
The demands of the workers and employees are rightful and legitimate. All the leaders warned the two governments and said that if the government does not stop the attacks on the rights of the working class, the struggles will be intensified in the coming time.
