Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, September 05:- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6 (1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, Additional District Magistrate Smt. Geetika Singh has cancelled the license of M/s Jasmeet Enterprises Firm.
According to the Additional District Magistrate, M/s Jasmeet Enterprises Firm SCO No. 6-7, Cabin No. 4, SF Bansan Wali Chungi, Chandigarh-Kharar Road, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, owner Amit Kumar son of Mr. Lalta Prasad House No. 931, LIC. Colony Sector-4, Mundi Kharar, District Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar was issued a consultancy license No. 214/IC dated 26.09.2018, which has expired on 25-09-2023.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner said that, due to the registered letter of residential address and office address being received undelivered, not submitting monthly report, not getting the license renewed, not sending information regarding monthly reports and advertisements, office being closed, not complying with the clauses of the license, not giving reply/clarification to the notice, the firm and the licensee have violated the provisions of Section 6(1)(e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012.
Therefore, in view of the above facts, in exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of Section 6(1) (e) of the Punjab Travel Professional Regulation Act-2012, the License No. 214/IC dated 26.09.2018 issued to M/s Jasmeet Enterprises Firm has been cancelled/revoked with immediate effect.
Furthermore, as per the Act/Rules, if in future any complaint etc. is received against the said Company/Firm/Partnership or its Licensee/Directors/Partner of the Firm, then the said Company/Director/Partner/Licensee shall be liable in all respects for the same and shall also be liable to compensate the same.
