Mahilpur, May 12- A special ceremony was organized at Nirvana Kutia Mahilpur today on the occasion of 2589th Prakash Utsav (Buddha Jayanti) of Tathagata Lord Buddha. On this occasion, first of all incense sticks were lit as a symbol of knowledge in front of the pictures of Tathagata Lord Buddha and other great Buddhas. After Trisharan and Buddha Vandana, group meditation was done and wishes were made for the welfare of all.

On this occasion, Rekha Rani President Jai Bhim Caravan Charitable Society Raj Mahilpur, Nirmal Kaur Bodh, Amarjit Kaur, Paramjit Kaur, Gagandeep Kaur, Jeevan Kumari, Santosh Kumari, Bevi Mugowal, Hans Raj Canada, Dr. Hari Pal Singh Rattu, Master Jai Ram Bariyan, Jarnail Ram Star Refreshment Haveli Road Mahilpur, Sukhwinder Kumar, Thanedaar Sukhdev Singh, Nirmal Singh Mugowal Director Nirvana Kutia Mahilpur etc. were present. On this occasion, Rekha Rani, President, Jai Bhim Caravan Charitable Society, Raj Mahilpur said that the path of Tathagata Lord Buddha is the path of peace, compassion, knowledge and rationality.
By following which every person can live a peaceful and happy life. On this occasion, Nirmal Kaur Bodh said that today the world needs Buddha and not war. She said that the Constitution maker Baba Saheb Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar ji embraced Buddhism in 1956 in the presence of millions of people on the land of Nagpur and revived it in India. Sukhwinder Kumar and Master Jai Ram Barian thanked all the colleagues who came and discussed the current situation of the country.
A cake was also cut on this occasion. At the end of the ceremony, Jarnail Ram Super Refreshment Haveli Road Mahilpur and Dr. Haripal Singh Rattu were honored with Siropa for their excellent services. At the end of the ceremony, everyone drank tea together and congratulated each other on Buddha Jayanti.
