Nawanshahr, May 2- Today Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram Social Welfare Society celebrated Labor Day by distributing T-shirts to workers in front of Shri Guru Ravidas Temple, in which Tarsem Ladhar Bank Manager Retired and Dharampal Bank Manager Retired were the chief guests.
On this occasion, President of Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram Social Welfare Society Nikku Ram Janagal and President of Dr. Ambedkar Bhawan Charitable Dharm Trust Regd. Satish Kumar Lal while speaking said that the rights that the workers have got by sacrificing their lives for the facility of 8 hours duty in Chicago city of America, Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar ji has given you legal rights in the Constitution of India without any struggle. It is necessary to struggle to implement those constitutional rights.
He said that on today's May Day, we request the workers to struggle and demand that such a law should be made in the country that no contractor can rob any worker and if any owner is caught robbing, he should be punished in such a way that he cannot commit such a crime again. On this occasion, hundreds of workers including Raman Laddha, Sandeep Kaler, Yograj Jogi were present.
