
The Food Safety Team of the Health Department collected samples of Paneer by setting up check posts early in the morning.
Hoshiarpur- As per the orders of Commissioner Food and Drug Administration Punjab Mr. Dilraj Singh IAS and Civil Surgeon Hoshiarpur Dr. Pawan Kumar Shagotra and on the guidelines of District Health Officer Jatinder Bhatia, the Food Safety Team of the Health Department is making meaningful efforts to make people aware.
Hoshiarpur- As per the orders of Commissioner Food and Drug Administration Punjab Mr. Dilraj Singh IAS and Civil Surgeon Hoshiarpur Dr. Pawan Kumar Shagotra and on the guidelines of District Health Officer Jatinder Bhatia, the Food Safety Team of the Health Department is making meaningful efforts to make people aware.
Keeping in mind the health of the people, under the special campaign run by the Food Commissioner, Food Safety Officer Mr. Vivek Kumar and Food Safety Officer Mr. Abhinav Kumar and their team collected 2 samples of Paneer from Tanda Saran Road of Hoshiarpur city and 3 samples of Paneer from Chandigarh Road Mahilpur Adda between 4 to 6 am in the last two days.
Food Safety Officers Vivek Kumar and Abhinav Kumar said that a total of 5 samples of Paneer have been taken and they have been sent to the Food Laboratory for further investigation. Further action will be taken after the report comes. He said that food vendors are motivated to follow FSSAI norms and provide hygienic food to the people so that people's health is not compromised.
