
Srijana Kendra Kapurthala formed executive team and other committees: Kanwar Iqbal Singh, Shahbaz Khan.
Kapurthala (Paigam-E-Jagat) – The new team of Srijana Kendra Kapurthala (regd.), the leading literary institution of Kapurthala district dedicated to Punjabi literature, culture and art, held a special meeting at the office of Srijana Kendra Kapurthala, Virsa Vihar, to elect the executive. Dr. Kanwar Iqbal Singh and General Secretary Shahbaz Khan were unanimously elected as the President of the Center for two years again in this meeting.

Dr. Kanwar Iqbal Singh and General Secretary Shahbaz Khan were unanimously elected as the President of the Center for two years again in this meeting. Surinderpal Singh, Malkit Singh Meet, Ashu Kumara, Avtar Singh Bhandal, Principal. Kewal Singh Rattra, Avtar Singh Gill, Tejbir Singh etc. were present on this occasion. The members present elected the new executive of the center by joint decision.
The patrons of the center include late Shri Kanwar Imtiaz from the founding family of the center, his wife Farida Begum, Dr. Asa Singh Ghuman, Prof Kulwant Singh Aujla, Prince Promila Arora, Sant Singh Sandhu, Chain Momi, Rattan Singh Sandhu, Dr. Paramjit Singh Mansa, Dr. Harbhajan Singh, Dr. Ram Murti, Surjit Sajan, Roop Dabuji, Roshan Khaira, Kewal Singh Rattra, Avtar Singh Bhandal, Jaildar Singh Hasmukh.
Young poet Ashu Kumara was elected senior vice president. The responsibility of vice president and finance secretary was given to Malkit Singh Meet. Munazza Irshad's name was selected for the services of the secretary. Avtar Singh Gill, Jas Dhingan and Rajni Walia were selected for the responsibility of press secretary. Prem Rattra will work as social media in-charge. Dr. Sardool Singh Aujla and Dr. Ram Murti were appointed as the publication editors of the joint poetry collection and other literary works of the center.
The executive committee of the centre comprised Dr. Karamjit Singh Nadala, Dr. Anurag Sharma, Janakpreet Singh Begowal, Dharampal Panther, Mangal Singh Bhandal, Gurdeep Gill, Lali Kartarpuri, Tejbir Singh, Mukhtiar Singh Sahota, Harjinder Rana, Avtar Singh Asim, Disha Dabuji, Aman Gandhi etc. The team of foreign representatives included Mr. Sukhi Bath Canada, Dr. Gurbaksh Singh Bhandal America, Mr. Mota Singh Sarai England, Balwinder Singh Chahal (UK), Binder Kolianwal Italy, Prof. Harjit Singh Ashok England, Mr. Surinder Singh Sunand America and Harvinder Saini.
Dr. Harpreet Singh Hundal, Dr. Sardul Singh Aujla, Surjit Sajan, Dr. Ram Murti, Chan Momi, Prin: Kewal Singh Rathra, Dr. Sarwan Singh Pardesi, Ashu Kumara, current president Kanwar Iqbal Singh and general secretary Shahbaz Khan were elected in the constitution committee. President Kanwar Iqbal Singh and General Secretary Shahbaz Khan said in a joint statement that in future the newly appointed team of the centre will try to do more unique works related to literature and culture.
