Hisar:- Superintendent of Police Hansi Amit Yashvardhan and Deputy Superintendent of Police Hansi Raj Singh held a meeting with the officials of Sarafa Vyapar Mandal, petrol pump operators, bank officials in view of security in Police District Hansi. The officials of the Vyapar Mandal were informed about the security arrangements of the traders/business establishments and were also assured to implement the suggestions given by the officials of the Vyapar Mandal.
The Superintendent of Police suggested installing advanced surveillance and high quality megapixel cameras equipped with software to identify criminals in bank premises. Cameras should be installed inside all ATMs in such a way that a clear video of the face of every person entering the ATM can be captured and at the same time, arrangements should also be made to install night vision cameras for night time.
If there is no building on all three sides of the bank, then cameras should be installed all around the bank. Security guards should be deployed at ATMs in rural and urban areas at night and they should be informed to remain alert and inform the police about persons found roaming in banks or ATMs in a suspicious manner.
The Superintendent of Police said that the police is patrolling on foot in Sadar Bazar, Chowpata Bazar, Bajaria Chowk, crowded places and Sarafa Bazar of Hansi city on riders and in plain clothes. Tight security arrangements have been made by increasing patrolling in the market.
An appeal has been made to the traders of Sarafa Bazar to get the employees working at the shop verified and also ensure the arrangement of a watchman at night. Everyone should install cameras in their shops in such a way that the face of every person coming to the shop is clearly visible so that any kind of unpleasant incident can be avoided.
The Superintendent of Police told the petrol pump operators to get the cameras installed in such a way that the expressions of the people passing by, their faces and the number plate of the vehicles are clearly visible. Ensure the safety of the DVR of CCTV. Also, save the DVR data online. The cameras should be working all the time, so that criminal activities can be monitored.
Cameras also help the police in case of crime. Cash management is a big challenge for petrol pump operators, because the business involves a large amount of cash transactions. If there is a lot of cash, deposit it in the bank immediately. For security purposes, police vehicles keep patrolling the markets.
In case of any kind of suspicion, inform the police without any delay. If you hire a new employee, get his police verification done and do not fill oil in vehicles without number plates or in any kind of bottles.
The Superintendent of Police appealed to the bullion traders to install high quality CCTV cameras at their shops and petrol pumps in such a way that the faces of the people coming and going are clearly visible and if there is any empty plot near the bank, keep a special watch on it and if possible, install a camera to monitor that place. If any suspicious person is seen in the market, immediately inform the police control room on 88130-89302 and dial 112.
