The Fashion Designing Department of Modern Group of Colleges Pandori Bhagat (Mukerian) organized a guest lecture for students on the topic of "Crocheting and Knitting" on Thursday, February 17, 2025. This guest lecture was presented by Shoba, a woman entrepreneur. The objective of the lecture is to impart knowledge about the various techniques of crocheting and knitting, crochet is used to make shawls, sweaters, socks, etc. 
It enables the students to create and produce attractive designs with well-defined boundaries through the artistic arrangement of a pattern or motif in one or more colors. This opens up all kinds of possibilities for creative expression.
During this, the students looked very happy and excited. Dr. Arshdeep Singh, Managing Director of Modern Group of Colleges, said that the college will continue to conduct such guest lectures so that the students can gain knowledge.
