Punjab Roadways Retired Employees Welfare Association held a meeting at the bus stand

Hoshiarpur- The monthly meeting of Punjab Roadways Retired Employees Welfare Association (Regd.) Hoshiarpur was held at the bus stand under the chairmanship of S. Kuldeep Singh Ajram Senior Vice President. When the meeting started, the new member of this organization, Shri Ram Prakash Inspector Punjab Roadways Nawanshahr, was honored with a memento.

Apart from this, members who have crossed the age of 70 years, Shri Kuldeep Singh Ajram NRI, Sohan Lal Driver Sarpanch Bassi Ballo, Rattan Singh Former Inspector, Hardish Singh Former Inspector Nawanshahr and Prem Singh Dwidda Former TZ-1 were honored with memento and memento. These speakers announced a strike on April 7, 8 and 9 in support of the demands of the roadways employees and appealed to other organizations to support them, warning the government that the report of the Sixth Pay Commission should be implemented without fail, the salary of retired employees should be fixed at the rate of 2.59, the due arrears should be paid in one installment, new buses should be installed by keeping a budget and the raw employees should be regularized.
These speakers also decided that in the upcoming assembly elections, a retired employee would be given a ticket from each constituency and contested in the elections, as that candidate would know the problems of the employees.
