Hoshiarpur- Mayor Surinder Kumar informed that since the summer season has begun, during which water consumption increases, the Municipal Corporation has changed the water supply timings for the convenience of the public. Now, water supply will be provided uninterruptedly in the city from 05:00 am to 09:30 am, from 12:00 pm to 02:00 am and from 05:00 pm to 09:30 pm.
He further appealed to the general public that since the demand for water increases a lot in the summer season, drinking water should be used in moderation and the courtyards and thresholds of your house and vehicles should not be washed with drinking water. Water is a precious gift, so it should not be misused.
