Hoshiarpur- Senior journalist Dr. Daljit Ajanoha had a special conversation with SHO IPS Gazalpreet Kaur of Hoshiarpur regarding the anti-drug campaign. During the conversation, ASP Gazalpreet Kaur emphasized that under the leadership of SSP Sandeep Kumar Malik, Hoshiarpur Police has made the campaign against drugs more intense and effective, which is yielding good results.
She said that the anti-drug campaign has been further intensified and strict action is being taken against drug smugglers and people involved in this illegal business. ASP Gazalpreet Kaur said, "Our aim is to create a drug-free society and we are working day and night to root out this evil."
She further clarified that the police will not spare any culprit and everyone involved in the drug trade will be brought to justice. Special teams have been formed under the strong leadership of SSP Sandeep Kumar Malik, which are conducting raids, awareness campaigns and surveillance campaigns.
The police administration is also making people aware and alert to join this campaign, so that people can immediately inform the police in case of any suspicious activity related to drugs. ASP Gazalpreet Kaur appealed to the people of Hoshiarpur that if anyone gets any information about drugs, they should immediately contact the police without any hesitation. ASP Gazalpreet Kaur said that the fight against drugs is not only the responsibility of the police, it is the joint responsibility of the entire society. If people support the police, the problem of drug addiction can be completely eradicated. This campaign can be successful only when the police and the public join hands in this mission.
