Nawanshahr- Today Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram Samaj Bhalai Society celebrated the 91st birthday of Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram ji by giving copies, pens, pencils to 172 school children in the Government Smart School of village Kulam. This stationery was given to the children by the family of late Mata Udham Kaur. In which Harmesh Kumar (District Lead Bank Manager) and Tarsem Ladhar Canada attended as chief guests.
Both of them first garlanded the photo of Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram ji and while addressing said that Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram ji has a huge contribution in bringing India at par with America. On this occasion, President Nikku Ram Janagal said in his address that Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram ji left the job of a senior government officer in 1978 and dedicated his entire life to help crores of poor people of India.
He formed BAMCEF to unite the working class and then formed Bahujan Samaj Party after DS Four to unite the society. Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram ji won 15 Lok Sabha seats in 1989 and did justice to the people of Bahujan Samaj by forming his government 4/5 times in the country's largest state like Uttar Pradesh.
Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram ji himself won Rajya Sabha elections twice and Lok Sabha elections twice and went to the House and roared for the interests of the people. He further said that all of us should also take steps and form the government on the basis of Sahib Shri Kanshi Ram ji's thinking. So that the country can progress more and Bahujan Samaj can also benefit.
On this occasion, Master Santokh Singh, Manjit Raj, Sandeep Singh Kaler, Kesar Sallan, Satpal Bali, Satish Kumar, Pawan Verma (Incharge Middle School Kulam), Mid-Day Meal Workers Daljit Kaur, Kamaljit Kaur, Harpreet Kaur, Paramjit Kaur and Rajinder Singh Mom (Senior Administration Officer KC College) were also present.
On this occasion Joga Singh, Des Raj Naurad, President SC/BC Teachers Union, Asha Rani, Kulwinder Kaur, Naresh Kumar and school children were also present.
