Nawanshahr- A new survey is being conducted through 'Awas Plus 2024' mobile application to assist in the construction of houses in all the villages of the district under PMAY (Rural). Giving this information, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development) Avneet Kaur said that surveyors have been appointed in all the villages of the district in this regard.
He said that its objective is to achieve the goal of 'Sabko Ghar'. He informed that the online portal in this regard has been opened after 5 years, which was closed in 2019. He informed that eligible beneficiaries can also do 'Aadhaar' based e-KYC and self survey or get registered through surveyors.
He also informed that the eligibility criteria in this regard has been reduced from 13 to 10. He informed that the last date for the survey is March 31, 2025 and all eligible beneficiaries can register themselves before that.
