SAS Nagar, February 26 - Patwantis of the city reached various houses and expressed grief to her husband Mr. Balwant Singh on the sudden demise of the bloodthirsty Bibi Jaswant Kaur. During this, an atmosphere of grief and mourning prevailed in Bibi Jaswant Kaur's house located in Sector 117.
MLA of Mohali constituency Kulwant Singh, former minister Balbir Singh Sidhu, Mayor Amarjit Singh Jeeti Sidhu, Senior Deputy Mayor Amrik Singh Somal, Deputy Mayor Kuljit Singh Bedi, BJP District President Sanjeev Vashisht, Akali Dal constituency in-charge Parwinder Singh Sohana, former President of Ramgarhia Sabha Mr. Jaswant Singh Bhullar and Mr. Karam Singh Babra, President of Dashmesh Welfare Council Mr. Manjit Singh Mann, former councillor Paramjit Singh Kahlon, Sukhminder Singh Barnala, Gurmukh Singh Sohal and representatives of various religious and social organizations have expressed deep grief on the untimely demise of Bibi Jaswant Kaur.
Family members informed that the last rites of Bibi Jaswant Kaur will be performed on February 27 at Mohali crematorium (near Balongi) at 2:00 pm.
