Nawanshahr- Volleyball trials were conducted today at village Tapprian block Balachaur for the admission of players of residential wings for 13 Centers of Excellence established in PIS during the year 2025-26. In which about 150 players (boys) participated.
Coaches Spinder Singh Matta and Sandeep Singh, who came from PIS, arrived to conduct these trials. On this occasion, District Sports Officer Vandana said that 10 talented players from Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar have been selected in these trials. In these trials, block member Manohar Singh and along with him, important people of the village arranged lunch and tea and water for the players and officials who came to participate in the trials.
And a lot of support was also provided at the village level to conduct these trials in a good manner. The District Sports Officer thanked the dignitaries of village Tapprian for their full support for the trials.
