Garhshankar- Today, on the auspicious occasion of Basant Panchami, Adarsh ??Social Welfare Society Punjab, under the leadership of founder Satish Kumar Soni, organized a Basant Rut Samman Samachar during the morning processions being taken out in connection with the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Ravidass Ji at Sri Guru Ravidass Gurudwara Ghati Wala Garhshankar. In which those daughters were honored, who have shone their image in education and other fields and have raised the heads of their parents in the entire society.

During which daughters are given honor and respect. He greeted the Sadh Sangat who had come on this occasion on Basant Panchami and Gurpurab and said that today is the day of Basant Panchami. Which is dedicated to the Goddess of Music, Mata Saraswati, but our society has turned it into a destructive form by giving it the opposite direction. On this day, the youth fly kites with great noise, which endangers the lives of speechless birds and passing passers-by. Kite flying has nothing to do with our history.
Despite so many people being killed with China strings, the governments are not putting any restrictions on kite flying.
